Vancouver Westside presale condos

The Vancouver Westside Presale condos are home to some of Vancouver’s most expensive real estate.  The Downtown sections of the West Side in Kerrisdale, Point Grey and Kitsilano consist mainly of Condos and Apartments.  The West Side, south and west of  Kitsilano, is primarily single-family detached homes mixed with townhouses and some low-rise and high-rise buildings.
